October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and thanks to Kristen Weaver, a Florida photographer who founded Images for a Cure, photographers across the United States are donating their time and session fees on October 11th to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. What is it exactly? A day of photo shoots with all session fees going to breast cancer research. Kristen had over 700 visitors on the Images for a Cure website the first day (which was yesterday!) and photographers are continuing to volunteer. When Scarlett Lillian twittered about IFAC, I knew immediately that I wanted to help too. So, Ladies & Gentlemen, I am a participating photographer!
Here’s the DL: I am offering 6 one hour sessions for $100.00 each on October 11th 2009. You can have as many people as you want. (Well, maybe not too, too many!) The sessions will be at Dunbar Cave in Clarksville, Tennessee. What you will get from the session: CD with 30-50 images, DVD Keepsake Slideshow, and your session will be featured on my website. I am not going to give prints with these sessions, because I want all the money to be donated to The Breast Cancer Research Foundation®. You will be able to print your favorites at home, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, or any other photo store, because like in my regular sessions, I will be releasing printing permission copyrights. Sessions beginning at 10AM! E-mail me to schedule your time and make your donation.
All the money is donated directly to them before the session, so when you show up on October 11th, all you need is your smile! :)
