Nicole & Thomas – Together since 2009; wedding in August.
“I have known Thomas since we were both in the 5th grade. He moved away and we finally reconnected in 09. He had been in the Navy and he got out and moved back here. We fell completely in love and are getting married this August. I think this picture is a great example of us expressing our love. He is the greatest!!!”

Ashley & Matt – Together since 2004; married last November.
” ‘and as our cells divide, our love will only multiply’
My name is Ashley, I’m right shadow on the mountain. Matt is my husband, and he’s on the left. We both live in Clarksville, Tennessee. We were together on and off from 2004-2009, when I asked where we were going in life, it seemed he wanted to do something different, so in April 2009 I moved away to Oklahoma City to start all over. I was heartbroken. In June of 2009, Matt drove seven hundred odd miles – found me and proposed to me. I moved back to TN in August. In October, we drove to Chattanooga to go to Rock City, where we both felt like children. This polaroid was taken on the rope bridge, where you could see thousands of miles ahead of you, and our shadows, together on a mountain. We were married on November 24th, and for Christmas, he gave me a painting with a short poem that he made up that said, ‘and as our cells divide, our love will only multiply‘.”

Kallie & Trey – Together 4 months.
“We’ve been together 4 months (going on 5…and many more!). Love- the essense of our relationship. Special because we bring immense happiness into each others world. Special because it’s Something No One Will Ever Understand!”

Sarah & Patrick – Together 4 years; wedding in October.
“We are each other’s best friend and soul mate. After more than 4 years of dating and an upcoming marriage in October the best thing about our relationship is that we always know how to laugh and have a good time with each other. We love each other unconditionally and make each other a better person. We truly can’t wait to start our new lives together as 1 and we wanted to include a quote we found that describes our relationship: ‘Anyone can be passionate, but it takes real lovers to be silly.’ ~Rose Franken”

Bethany & Jason – Married 6 years this October.
“It only took us one week to know we were meant for each other. With every day and every smile we fall more and more in love.”

Julieann & Randy Together 6 years; wedding in June.
“Randy and my relationship didn’t start out with fireworks, or love at first sight. We were good friends who just hung out and did everything together for a long time before we realized how special what we had was. Ever since I met Randy and his family we became very close and now they are all the center of my life and get along great with mine. We share holidays, birthdays, and football games all together. Its been the best time of my life enjoying all the special and neat things we do together. I can’t wait to start our little family and to have a wonderful beginning to our lives together.”

Korina & Dillon – Together 4 months; wedding in October.
“I love you when we are silly. I love you when we are upset. I love you when we are agry. Bottom line, I love you every single day of forever.”

Kristy & Phillip – Together 10 years; married 8 years.
“This isn’t the greatest pic but it’s significant. This was taken at the mountains, our first time, my first time. He always promised we get to go there, because we never had a ‘honeymoon’. 10 years together, 8 years married, and 2 children later we finally made it! That’s why I love him! We are partners, equals, friends, and you know the rest. We’ve been through a lot and are sticking right where we are at!”

Jaclyn & Joey – Married 5 years this July.
“A kiss seals two souls for a moment in time. A kiss can be the very essence of life, when soul meets soul on a lover’s lips. So take me in your arms and sweep me off my feet! Because is not a kiss the very autograph of love?”

Elena & Eddie – Together 8 months; wedding in 2011.
“We were two different people living in two different worlds and were bought together by God’s grace during the darkest of times. Through tragedy and sorrow we found joy, happiness and an everlasting love. Together our tomorrow is brighter and filled with the utmost happiness for each other and we look forward to the beautiful life we will share together forever.”

Megan & Ben – Married 4 years this May.
“We met when we were both not looking for anything and on myspace! haha Ben was in the army and deployed and I was in my first year of college. When he came home we decided to get married and two weeks later we were Mr. and Mrs. We have been through 2 deployments, the loss of our first child, and have actually only spent just 1 and half years of our 3 and a half together. So what makes our love special is that through the good and the bad our love survives and grows stronger!”

Kimberly & Will – Married 1 year.
“What makes our love special? Always being able to make each other smile, even in the roughest of times.”

Anita & Jeffrey – Together 4 and a half years; engaged.
“Our love is so special its hard to put it in words, but we love each other. We live each moment to the fullest, every moment we spend together is just like the first day we met. We are happy and in love, and every moment is caught on camera. We live, laugh, and love!”

Ashton & John – Together 2 years; recently engaged.
“When I was looking for a picture to put in the contest, I kept coming up blank; what picture really described our relationship? I asked John what he thought he immediately grabs a frame and said, “This picture!” He remembered the day when we took the picture; it was a cold snowy day when the photo shoot began. John said the picture describes us to a “T”, and the fact that he remembers this day, (every little detail,) as a highlight in our relationship made it a winner! John and I have been dating for 2 years, he proposed on January 26th, so we’re now recently engaged =)”

L & W – Together since 2004; Married 5 years this June.
“What our love means to us. Our love is the laughter in our voices, the butterflies in our stomach every time we look at each other! It means never walking away during the hard times but holding each other up. Our love holds us close when thousands of miles separate us. Our love makes every situation we are in bearable and keeps us laughing. Which exactly is what is portrayed in this picture. We were on a romantic night (no kids) and waiting to get into the comedy club and had to stand in line for 45 minutes and it started to rain…we had so much fun laughing at our situation and making an awesome memory! We have been together since August of 2004 and married since June 10, 2005!”

Lindsey & Brian – Together 5 years; married 4 years this March.
“My husband and I met at a very young age. It didn’t take long for us to fall in love. He wasn’t “the one,” he was “my one.” Now our love grows more and more as our family continues to grow.”

Jessica & Gary – Married 4 years this October.
” ‘Family is LOVE!’ My husband Gary and I have been together since May 2006. We got engaged 3 weeks after we started dating and were married in October 2006. I just knew he was the one I was supposed to spend the rest of my life with from day one! My grandfather had a near fatal motorcycle wreck 2 days after we started dating and Gary was there to see me through every step of the way. I found out I was pregnant in August 2006 and that pregnancy ended in miscarriage, once again, Gary was there to see me through. We tried for what seemed like forever to get pregnant after the miscarriage and finally got pregnant with our Emma exactly one year later! Gary is an amazing father and husband, I couldn’t ask for a better friend and partner in life, which is a good thing since we are having another little girl in April! So to me our family is love, it is what makes our love special!”

April & Jerimy – Together 4 & 1/2 years; recently engaged.
“We’re high school sweethearts, young and in love, but we’re old souls and our relationship isn’t like that of typical young people. Our love is everlasting and true. Our love is goofy, yet mature. Our love is gentle, yet strong. We don’t believe our love is perfect, but we know we’re perfect for each other and we’re looking forward to the ‘long road ahead’.”

Samantha & Brandon – Together 2 & 1/2 years.
“Our love is special because it was so unexpected. After being in relationships that we both needed to escape, fate seemed to throw the two of us together. Love soon followed. True love is accepting your partner for who they are and loving them for it. I think that we are truly made for each other and even through the hard times, our love shall prevail.
‘I love you, not only for what you are, But for what I am when I am with you.’ – Roy Croft”
