The afternoon I met Tiffany & Chris was during the first week of the daylight savings time change. I adore the afternoon light in these! It was a race against the setting sun towards the end but we managed beautifully, thanks to this sweet couple. They have been married three years and wanted some updated portraits. I am so fortunate I got to meet these two. Tiffany and I chatted about a movie I was debating on watching, Twilight. (Yes, I watched it, and it wasn’t what I thought it’d be. I actually ended up liking it!) Chris told me about his family and their military life so far. I love how positive they are about conquering whatever life throws at them. I am so thankful for the sacrifices they have made for me and our country.

They are also fun! Chris decided they needed to tango and I was all about it. I love when couples put on a show for the camera. :)

This picture makes me laugh hysterically. I am really tall, so half of my body was leaning over the rail to get this and Chris looked so worried I was going to fall. I promised I wouldn’t lean any farther and that got this grin out of him. Priceless!
